WPSL - We Serve it Right
Waikato Process Servers Limited are preferred contractors to I-On Investigations Limited and from two separate companies.
Waikato Process Servers Limited specialise in Process Document Serving. WPSL have fixed prices to serve documents inside the Hamilton area. Outside Hamilton also has a fixed cost. A per kilometer charge may apply to certain serves.
Documents served but not limited to are ;
- Dissolution of Marrage documents.
- Notice of proceedings documents. (Disputes Tribunal)
- Statutory Demands.
- Witness Summons.
- Tresspass Notices. (we can provde these for you)
- Other documents deemed needed for service.
If your document does not come with an affidavit of service than we are happy to provide this for you once the service is completed.
Should the respondent not be found, or you do not have an address for the respodent we offer a fixed price trace of that person which will be carreid out by I-On Investigations Limited.
To have your document served please -
1. Fill out the form below, this will go directly to WPSL
2. Read the "Terms and Conditions to Process Serving".
3. Provide a link (not an attachment) to download your document(s) or email as an attchement to stephen@wkoprocessserv.co.nz
4. Pay the emailed invoice before the service is actioned.

Terms and Conditions to Document Process Serving
1. The client aurthorises Waikato Process Servers Limited to serve the provided document by download link. (Not attachment)
1 a. Attach documents and email (if you cannot make a link) to stephen@wkoprocessserv.co.nz
2. The client agrees to pay a non refundable cost prior to the serve being executed.
3. The client understands that the cost may vary according to the area of the serve.
4. Serve execution will be attempted two times only before a further fee is required. Second attempts for outside of the Hamilton area will incure a Kilometer cost only before the furither serve fee is required.
5. An affidavit of service, if required, will be emailed/mailed within 10 working days. If an affidavit of service does not form part of the document, and the client requests one, this will incure a extra fixed cost.
6. The client agrees to not to hold Waikato Process Servers Limited responsable for any action taken by the respondent once the document is served.
7. By submitting the form named " Document Process Serving Form" , the client agrees to the Terms and Conditions of Document Process Serving as set out.
8.The client agrees that they have provided the full correct document by link to be downloaded and served and agrees that Waikato Process Servers Limited will not be held liable or responsable if the document is incorrect or not complete.
9. The client agrees that the consequences of payment defaults means the client will be responsible for all collection costs of the outstandingamount
