Terms of Trade for Service
1. Our Terms of Trade for service are provided directly before any investigtion is initiated.
2. All communications between the potential Client(s)/engaged clients and I-On Investigations are Privileged Communications.
3. Any instruction received to carry out investigating will mean that you have read, understand and accept the Terms of Trade for Service.
PAYMENT SUPPORT
1 . All clients shall pay a non refundable case deposit via Invoice
3. Clients who make time payments will recieve a reduced non refundable case deposit.
4. Time payment solutions are only available for private/individual clients only pursuant to the conditions as set out below:
- The perscribed form must be completed via a digitaly signed agreement.
- The cllient understands that the digital agreement entered into is legaly binding.
- The client shall supply A) Photo ID, B) Proof of current address & C) Alternative person contact details.
- The client shall completed an Authority for Automatic Payments form.
- The client understands that defalut payments will incur a 3% interest charge on each default payment.
- The client understands that shlould they default on 2 payments in a row, the consequences of payment defaults will result in the client being resposible for all collection costs of the the outstanding amount in full.
- The client understands that they will be subject to a credit & criminal convictions check.
- I-On Investigations reserves the right to decline credit applications.

I-On Investigations acts on the assumption that you (the client/defendant) have supplied truthful information regarding your (the clients/defendants) case. If you supply false/misleading information, I-On Investigations accepts no responsibility for any consequences that may occur as a result of that information or any information that is contained within the text of any report(s), Affidavitt(s), Statement(s) or Brief(s).
PRIVACY STATEMENT
Our privacy statement complies with the 2020 New Zealand Privacy Act.All gathered information/data and personal details will be used for the purpose for which they have been provided. Case details will not be disclosed to third parties unless required to do so in law. You may update your personal details and case information at any time. Case information is kept for a period of 12 months and then securely disposed.
