Investigation Terms & Conditions
I-On Investigations Limited is Investigation Excellence.
TERMS OF INVESTIGATION (Private & Business Clients)
1. All clients must complete a Client Form.
2. A deposit is required for all work.3. Fortnightly progress payments including disbursements and expenses may be required.4. All invoices must be paid before/on the required date. Consequences of payment defaults will result in the client being responsible for all collection costs of the outstanding amount.5. The client agrees/consents to a credit check.6. The client has read and understands the surveillance terms.7. I-On Investigations reserves the right to withhold all information until any outstanding invoices are paid.
8. The client understands that the depost is not refundable.
9. I-On Investigations reserves the right to withdraw from any private or business investigations for what it considers good/due cause.
10. All planned investigative work that is cancelled within 36 hours of the work being carried out will be charged 60% of the total cost including expenses/disbursements and tax.
11. All communications between the Client and I-On Investigations is Privileged Communication.

I-On Investigations acts on the assumption that you (the client) have supplied truthful information regarding your (the clients) case. If you supply false/misleading information, I-On Investigations accepts no responsibility for any consequences that may occur as a result of that information or any information that is within the text of any report(s)
PRIVACY STATEMENT
Our privacy statement complies with the 2020 New Zealand Privacy Act.All gathered information/data and personal details will be used for the purpose for which they have been provided. Case details will not be disclosed to third parties unless required to do so in law. You may update your personal details and case information at any time. Case information is kept for a period of 12 months and then securely disposed of.
