Stephen works with Hamilton Criminal Defence Lawyers (Barristers) by providing services to ensure the case plan is carried out for the best defence for their client. CDI investigations have a fixed price base rate for most aspects associated with the service and we can provide an accurate estimate for all work to be carried out that complies with the case requirements. It is set out in an easy to follow format that can be submitted directly to Legal Aid for approval. The "Criminal Disclosure Review" service is well utilised. This is designed with lawyers in mind, once a new case disclosure is received or allocated by LA, it can be forwarded by way of the link form below for review. We will then provide an estimate, which is a fixed price for you to provide to legal aid.
