We Serve Documents
I-On Investigations are authorised process servers. We specialise in Document Serving in the Hamilton area only, we will not serve outside Hamilton with that including rural addresses. We have a fixed price in relation to the service only of the document(s) with affidavits of service and tracing of respondents having sperate fixed prices. Please note that we are not Waikato Process Servers, that company has now closed.
Documents served include:
- Dissolution of Marriage documents.
- Notice of proceedings, District, High & Appeal Court.
- Employment & Family Court Proceedings.
- Witness Summons.
- Disputes Tribunal documents
- Statutory Demands.
- Witness Summons.
- Summons to Financial Hearing Assessment Documents.
- Trespass Notices. (we can provide these for you)
- Protection Orders.
- Property Law Act Documents.
- Confidential Documents.
- Pre-possession notices.
- Bankruptcy & Insolvency Documents.
- Government Agency Charging Documents.
- If the document(s) do not come with an affidavit of service, then we will provide one for you if required. (Fixed price applies)
- No Serves are undertaken outside of the Hamilton area including rural addresses.
- We have a trace service to locate those hard to find respondents respondent. (Fixed price applies)
To have your document served please -
1. Fill out the form below.
2. Read the "Terms and Conditions to Process Serving".
3. Provide a link (not an attachment) for us to download your document(s) or email as an attachment to investigator54@outlook.co.nz
4. Pay the emailed invoice before the service is actioned.
5. Any additional fees will be invoiced.

Terms and Conditions to Document Process Serving
1. The client authorises I-On Process Servers to serve the provided document by download link. (Not attachment)
1 a. Attach documents and email (if you do not use the link section) to investigator54@outlook.co.nz
2. The client agrees to pay a non-refundable fee prior to the serve being executed and prior to a respondent trace service actioned.
3. Serve execution will be attempted one time only before a further fee is required.
4. An affidavit of service, if required, will be emailed/mailed within 10 working days. If an affidavit of service does not form part of the document, and the client requests one, this will incur a extra fixed fee.
5. The client agrees not to hold I-On Investigations responsible for any action taken by the respondent once the document is served.
6. By submitting the " Document Process Serving Form" , the client agrees to the Terms and Conditions of Document Process Serving as set out and I-On Investigations Terms of Trade.
7.The client agrees that they have provided the full correct document by link to be downloaded and served via the email attachment and agrees that I-On Investigations will not be held liable or responsible if the document is incorrect or not complete.
8. The client agrees that the consequences of payment defaults will result with the client being responsible for all collection costs of the outstanding amount.
